You may not attempt to interfere with the platform, bypass security controls, misuse customer data, upload malicious code, reverse engineer the services, or use Zelly in a way that harms other users, customers, partners, or Zelly.
6. Payments, Fees, and Taxes
Some Zelly services may be free, while others may be subject to subscription fees, transaction fees, shipping charges, usage fees, or other commercial terms. Any applicable pricing, billing cycle, taxes, refunds, or payment obligations may be described in an order form, dashboard, invoice, plan page, or separate agreement.

You retain ownership of your business content, product information, customer data, and store materials. You grant Zelly the rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, and use that content only as necessary to provide and improve the services.

10. Service Availability

11. Suspension or Termination
