These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Zelly. By creating an account, accessing our dashboard, integrating with our services, or using any part of Zelly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the services.
By using Zelly, you confirm that you are authorized to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. If you use Zelly for a company, brand, or organization, that entity is responsible for your use of the services.
Zelly provides ecommerce infrastructure that may include checkout tools, storefront tools, shipping and logistics workflows, order management, analytics, integrations, risk signals, support tools, and related services.
Some services may depend on third-party providers, including payment processors, logistics partners, communication providers, analytics tools, and other integrations. Their own terms may also apply.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by your team members, contractors, or connected integrations.

You may not use Zelly for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, or abusive activity. You may not attempt to interfere with the platform, bypass security controls, misuse customer data, upload malicious code, reverse engineer the services, or use Zelly in a way that harms other users, customers, partners, or Zelly.
Some Zelly services may be free, while others may be subject to subscription fees, transaction fees, shipping charges, usage fees, or other commercial terms. Any applicable pricing, billing cycle, taxes, refunds, or payment obligations may be described in an order form, dashboard, invoice, plan page, or separate agreement.

Zelly and its technology, design, software, content, branding, and documentation are owned by Zelly or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
You retain ownership of your business content, product information, customer data, and store materials. You grant Zelly the rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, and use that content only as necessary to provide and improve the services.

We aim to keep Zelly reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Services may be affected by maintenance, updates, outages, third-party issues, network problems, or events outside our control.
We may suspend or terminate access to Zelly if you violate these terms, create risk for the platform, fail to pay amounts due, misuse the services, or if required by law or partner requirements. You may stop using Zelly at any time, subject to any active billing or contractual obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zelly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or service interruption.
